Country memories of warm, just out of the oven scones with homemade butter and homemade rich apricot jam. All made with love. And that feeling of ‘should I have the last one?’ and ‘Will anyone notice?’ Haha! There’s something wonderful about a country kitchen and that garden bursting with flowers. From a series called ‘Art on the kitchen table’  

The process of loading my big favourite brush with paint and then scratching and scraping to fill this canvas with country charm. I used a minimal palette of 4 colours plus white.  Perfect to give your home a really nice country feel.   

On Canvas.  Using mixed media - collage, acrylic inks and graphite.
