I was inspired by a bucket list trip to Lake Como in Italy. The wanderings and getting lost, the little villages over the other side pulled you to visit, maybe by water taxi like they do in the movies. Or the infamous Bernina Express. Then there were the flowers in orange and deep magenta rambling along the way. If you’ve been you know. If you haven’t yet, you will long for it to happen. Romance and pure delight. 

This work is full of depth and texture with layers of gorgeous bold colours that pull the viewer in to explore even more deeply
