My inspiration..is how I view my day, each day. After having brain surgery earlier this year, I now have a burning desire to pack as much as I can into every day. I leave my phone at home, I contact and catch up with more people who are positive and I paint more than ever.
I decided that this day was a great day - and that my work would reflect that decision.
it’s mixed media. Mixed media for me isn’t perfect work, it has and does do its own thing and surprises me as I paint. As with life, every day has its surprises; some good, some bad. It’s what we do with that that counts.
