I will endeavour to explain this work -
It has been an interesting return to painting and finding my way since having brain surgery recently. Interestingly enough I experienced hallucinations and so thought I’d try to paint that (or some of that) experience. There were lots of different ‘visions’ and I enjoyed them immensely- well until it became obvious that I needed my sleep. The deep colours would disappear into calm clearness with depths of beautiful textures. The title: Cocktail
